Original Sin - Misanthropic (2007)

The Best Album in the History of Chinese Black Metal, Pure Raw Misanthropic Black Metal!!!

Hypothermia - Rakbladsvalsen (2007)

You cannot accuse Kim of Hypothermia for not being prolific. But don't let his recent high ammount of releases shadow the fact that the progression within Hypothermia is steadily evolving, his flood of creativity is not to be held back, it is to be supported. This, his latest masterpiece is a slow and trance-inducing journey into wide open wounds and crimson red poetry. Black Metal forged in blood and decadence. This is nothing less then music for your funeral to come.

Todestoss - Spiegel der Urangste / Sehnsucht (2007)

Martin Lang, free artist from black metal, is well-known in metal underground due to his project TODESSTOSS. Current release is re-edition of 2 singles (one of them was issued in 2002 limited to 300, and another one in 2004 limited to 500). This music is painful experiments in cryptic black metal. The aggregate of original sound, melody and vocal gives unique music hardly comparable with anything else. But it should be mentioned, that not many will like it. Conciliated madness and experiment are the main constituents of this music's atmosphere.

Majdanek Waltz - About World's Birth (2006)

Fourth official album of dark folk formation from Ryazan'. Symbiosis between classic european dark folk and dark ambient. Slow guitar fingering and strident viola are mixed with gloomy drones. The voice is declaiming doomy and violently. About world's birth. Music for thoughtful listening. Recorded in 2004. With Wolfsblood.

Tumulus - Live Balkan Path (2006)

In the spring of 2006 one of the most unique and innovative russian folk-metal bands - TUMULUS - went on eastern European tour "Folk Art Path" and recorded one of their gigs - in Sofia, Bulgaria - for this live album. Band's live sound a bit differs from their studio recordings - Tumulus sounds more solid and heavy playing live. Except the songs from "Winter Wood" and "Sredokresie" albums, this live recording contains brand new track, cover-versions of Scald, Korozy and Bathory songs and also a exciting videoclip based on the footage made during this tour.

Patriarch - Dark World Of Men (2006)

Debut album of this black metal band from Kiev (Ukraine) was recorded in winter 2005-2006. Musicians lead the listener from cold and terrible woods to much terrible and cold due to people's indifference cities. The material absorbed best traditions of the genre but at the same time it remains distinctive and novel. The program is rather melodic and expressive. "Patriarch" hopes that both lovers of old school and young growth of our fellows will like it.

Stonehenge - Victims Gallery (2005)

Classic doom/death from the golden age (of the dark) of this genre in Russia, namely from middle of 90s. You can find there all that this genre is famous for: leisurely riffs, mighty growl, dark atmoshere of the Middle Ages. STONEHENGE and MENTAL HOME were among first few ones who became to advance such music in Russia, music in the best traditions of early ANATHEMA and MY DYING BRIDE. This band was the forge of cadres for ROSSOMAHAAR.

Tumulus - Sredokresie (2005)

TUMULUS follows its chosen path in art! The second album boasts an original fusion of slavic folk, progressive metal and rock, ambient and other styles. Lyrically the album deals with heathen mysteries, rites and magic. TUMULUS is one on the few russian metal bands with its original style and concept.

Eternal Sin - Christ's False Torments (2005)

Debut album of Russian black metal band ETERNAL SIN. The band plays christraping black metal with music and lyrics totally inspired by hate to the religion of compassion. Anyway this music was written "not for the ears of christians".

Saints Everlasting Rest - The Dusk Of Millennium (2005)

This great death/doom metal can bring you the most fatal thoughts. It's real "Dusk"! This album was issued in 2001 in MC format by Sound Age Productions, and now it has been reissued on CD by Wroth Emitter Productions. Unfortunately, this album is the only official album of the band (besides this album there were also "All These Tears For You" demo and nameless live recording both selfreleased on MCs in 1997). Presently the band plays another kind of music (gothic rock) with another line-up (only Funeral [leader of the band] remained).

Deimos - Never Be Awaken (2005)

The first album of Russian DEATH DOOM PROGRESSIVE METAL band DEIMOS "Never Be Awaken". Melodism and hard middle tempo riffs, unexpected tempo and rhythm changes, growling and clean vocals - all of this make the music of DEIMOS notable and interesting for fans of different genres of heavy metal music.

Tumulus - Winter Wood(2007)

Debut album of russian ART FOLK PROGRESSIVE METAL band TUMULUS "Winter Wood" released by Wroth Emitter. Slavic folk melodies, original symbiosis of styles, a pure vocal, participation of Russian folk diva Marina Sokolova (Sedmaya Voda former member).

Scald - Will of the Gods is Great Power (2005)

The only album of russian viking/doom metal legend SCALD "Will of the Gods is Great Power". Album was recorded in 1996 and then released on Metal Agen as MC. The release became cult and it's known to be one of the best CIS metal releases due to profound, strong and bewitching vocal and epic riffs a'la Bathory, Candlemass, Solitude Aeturnus and early Manowar.

Arkenstone - Hymns To Our Fatherland (2007)

Raw and Cold Black Metal, a hateful epitome of early Norse (BURZUM) and Polish (MYSTERIES, GRAVELAND) primitivism war cult worship. Oldschool Black Metal with hysterical distorted vocals, which sounds like recorded streight in the beggining of 90s.

Twilight - Twilight (2005)

An all "star" project with members of Leviathan, Draugar, Nachtmystium, Xasthur and Krieg. But don't let the names involved grab your attention to much, this material is strong enough without the mentioning of above bands or person.

Woods of Infinity - Hejdå (2005)

Debut album by Woods of Infinity. Making Black Metal in unorthodox ways has always been apart of them. This albums thriumphs their best moments, and Ravenlord's lyrics is among the best that has been written (PERIOD!). The music is sick, perverse and made for those who feels numb about most things in this failing existence. The album includes a cover of Barry Manilow. All comes in a 12 page booklet, with lyrics printed in silver. Nine tracks clocking in on over 55 minutes!

Woods of Infinity - Ljuset (2005)

One of this years finest outputs. Ljuset kicks off right after the album "Hejdå". As Melkor of Woods of Infinity himself stated. "Ljuset is our plunge into the unknown, a natural development for unnatural minds, severing the ties of what were and setting sail for the light at the horizon". 11 new tracks, including a new recorded version of "Summon the lord of blasphemy". Words fall short when you are opening your mouth towards this twisted masterpiece. Comes with 16 page full colour booklet. With paintings drawn by D-778 of Ritual of the cloven Hoof. Extra-ordinary (unorthodox) paintings, only body fluids have been used in order to produce his paintings. All lyrics are on Swedish (as always) except for "S.T.L.B" and "Across the fields of forever" which is an Edge of Sanity cover, and also some minor parts of some tracks are spoken/sung in English. A mad mans wet dream.

Nortt - Ligfaerd (2005)

At the first of January 2006, this monumental piece of Black Funeral Doom is brought upon you just as the dawning of your existence has surpassed unwillingly into the age of 2006. With the strength from Nortt's previous works and with an even more dark and mournful sound, Nortt places himself as the master of this genre, there is no fast parts to be find here, the music is slow and building up an atmosphere to sink and lure it's claw deep in under your skin there is not a shed of light or hope in this funeral that's welcoming you.

IXXI - IXXI (2007)

IXXI's debut is finally ready to rape your mind. This band features Acerbus (Ondskapt), Nattdal (Dimhymn), Totalscorn (Zavorash) and two other musicians. In July 2006 the band entered Endarker Studios in Sweden to record their debut CD. The result which came out of this session was nothing less then a dirty piece of Black 'N Roll with a truly effective production, all supervised by Devo of Marduk. Their debut CD is now finally available from THR SWEDEN. The album also comes with a professionally made music video.

Goatfire - Sacrophobic Initiation (2005)

Goatfire returns here with the highly claimed LP "Sacrophobic Initiation" that was released in 2001 by Sombre Records. High caliber black metal, with a perfectly crafted sound. On this CD you will also find "The fifth Fulmination" which was released on an 7" EP in 1999. A pure classic of Italian Black Metal!! Goatfire has now reformed again after years of inactivity! And will bring out new material soon, before embarking on their new works, this is the best of their legacy to check out!

Grom / Wulfgravf - Fullmoon Warfare (2005)

Vinlandic Elite NS Black Metal (Nordic-influenced in the vein of EMPEROR) split-album with both bands featuring guitarist/bassist/lyricist Ymir G. Winter (from Resistance Records), vocalist/guitarist Einhammer, but with 2 different drummers. Recorded mostly in 2005, with the exception of a rare demo track. Cover-art layout designed by Lonewulf Media. Limited to only 1000 made!

Black Jade - ..Of Forest And Fire.. (2005)

Raw Pagan Black Metal inspired by J.R.R. TOLKIEN and GORGOROTH! Includes symphonic intro / outro, and instrumental interlude, in the vein of SUMMONING. Overall, comparable to SAPTHURAN, SAPFHIER, MUTIILATION, LUGBURZ, and DARKTHRONE.

Gauntlets Sword - Theosophy (2007)

Greece's very own veteran Black Metal horde GAUNTLETS SWORD strikes again with a New album full of wrath and mysterious, magical wisdom ! With guest appearance in hateful beatings by Warhead from NAER MATARON. The orthodox Hellenic Black Metal style is fortified here with some Nordic Black Metal influences, the album captures 7 new songs powered by an extremely nasty grim voice, raw, straight-forward songs, building up quick pieces with mid-paced to melodic Mediterranean Thrash parts (in the vein of early ROTTING CHRIST and VARATHRON) as well as striking acoustic interludes. Indeed, Everything pre-empts furthermore in rough garment but around something better And more full-on aggression, than previously on the debut-album.
